2004 – Ms. Nikki Olyai, President and CEO of Innovision Technologies, was the recipient of the Top 10 Michigan Women of Distinction Award, presented by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Recognized for demonstrated leadership qualities that have made an economic impact on the community or public policy.

2001 – Ms. Nikki Olyai, President and CEO of Innovision Technologies, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). 2001 – Ms. Nikki Olyai, President and CEO of Innovision Technologies, was honored by the Michigan Women's Business Council as the first WBE to receive the Michigan Women's Business Center Women's Business Enterprise Advocate Of The Year Award.
